Education choices, career pathways, jobs, courses, skills, employers and support services all sit in separate places. People know the outcome they want, but not the steps, costs, qualifications and trade-offs to get there.
So they piece a pathway together over months — sometimes years — from course websites, job boards, advice and guesswork, and still land on the wrong choice. At the same time, employers struggle to find prepared candidates, and education providers struggle to reach the right people.
Why I'm building Yuzee.
I founded Yuzee after years of watching the same problem from inside the education and pathway system: people making some of the biggest decisions of their lives — what to study, where it leads, which career to move toward, and what steps to take next — with fragmented information and no system that understands their full situation.
The issue was rarely a lack of options. There are thousands of courses, providers, pathways, jobs, skills and services. The real issue is clarity. People are expected to compare all of this themselves, often while dealing with pressure, cost, uncertainty, migration questions, family expectations, career changes or limited time.
At the same time, education providers spend heavily to reach the right students, employers struggle to find prepared candidates, and services that could help people often sit disconnected from the person's actual goal.
AI changes what is now possible. It can understand a goal stated in plain language, map it into practical pathways, compare options, and help people understand what each step means. But AI should support decisions, not control them. Yuzee is being built so people stay in control, recommendations are explainable where possible, and sensitive areas are handled responsibly.
The gaps I kept seeing.

Ado's insight into the problem comes from years inside the practical operating layer of education enquiries, provider matching and pathway confusion. Yuzee is being built from that lived experience: the problem is not a lack of courses or jobs, but the lack of an intelligent pathway layer connecting goals, education, skills, employers and services.
Through Fresh Futures Australia's education operations, the founder has worked directly with how students, providers and employers actually behave — the mismatch between what people are trying to achieve, what providers advertise, what employers need, and what pathways actually require. Yuzee is the response to that mismatch.

What Yuzee is not
Yuzee is not just a course directory, job board or chatbot. It is being built as a pathway layer that helps people understand the steps between where they are now and where they want to go — across education, skills, work, providers, employers and support services. Yuzee does not replace licensed advice: where migration, financial, legal, counselling or other regulated matters are involved, it is designed to route people toward appropriately authorised partners.

AI that supports decisions — it doesn't make them for you.
Yuzee uses AI to support pathway guidance, not to decide someone's future for them. The platform is being designed so people stay in control, recommendations are explainable where possible, and sensitive areas are handled through appropriately authorised partners.
- AI supports, humans decide. Yuzee helps people understand options and next steps; it does not replace human judgement or decide anyone's future.
- The user stays in control. People can understand, compare, save and delete their pathway conversations and decisions.
- Guidance stays objective. Paid partner visibility never overrides pathway fit; objective guidance is kept separate from commercial offer distribution.
- Sensitive decisions get authorised partners. Yuzee does not replace migration, financial, legal, tax, counselling or medical advice.
- Privacy and data security matter. Personal information is handled with care, with user control and appropriate safeguards.
- Recommendations should be explainable. The aim is clarity people can trust, not a black box.
